OK, thanks. Also, what kind of performance can I expect out it? After looking at pictures, it looks bigger than a 1/10th scale buggie (looks similiar to my borthers Mugen MBX-5R).
Will it run with a 1/8 scale competition level nitro buggy? I know I could get a 1/8thelectric conversion kit but I'd rather buy something that's engineered from the ground up to be electric. I want something that'll give my brothers buggy some competition on the track (without buying a 1/8th gas buggie kit.).

Trust me as am I! We're definately in the final stages though, as all the various tweeks have been made, and the designs have been finalized.
^^ Its definately good to see such interest in our product, I'll keep you guys informed as the date approaches. Its approaching rapidly (when looking at it from then "big picture") !
I know that quite a few guys have used LiPo saddle packs in the BJ4 just be dremeling the stock battery trays to fit. Its a simple procedure that works well, and the straps will still work. As long as the speed control clears the body, Id be willing to bet it will work no problem. The servo should be fine as well, assuming its standard or near standard size.
They definately will be awesome! The RC8's popularity is assured, so we will defiantely produce a body for it at some point.

Anyone try using a Lipo saddle pack in the BJ4? The dimensions on a Maxamps 4400 lipo are simliar to a lower NiMH saddle pack (I can't find the dimensions for the BJ4's battery area(s)).
Also, I want to use my velineon motor, esc and the steering servo (it's a 110oz digital with good speed) from the rustler vxl in the buggie. Will that be a problem?
Thanks

Yes it is!
Its on our list of possibles, and its chances get better as the support for the car grows.
Hopefully it has no bomb characteristics though, haha.
