In new condition they excel on low traction surfaces as well as high “loamy” traction wet surfaces where no rubber has been taken into the racing surface. Worn versions excel on indoor or outdoor clay tracks where a light blue groove has formed. Available in sticky soft Blue compound and include firm foam inserts.

Do you plan on making this tire in the Gold Compound?

I have been very impressed with the JConcepts tire line and look forward to using more of these tires in the near future. The Gold barcode is the most versatile tire I have used in a while.

Thanks, Michael

Were them slashes in the video stock ESC and motor's?

punkracer24 12-23-2008 12:38 PM

that was a good vid. and yes they were all stock esc's and stock motors in the trucks for that race

Ya, all stock Slash trucks in the video, only the bodies were changed to the Truth.

There was a modified class, but that class was also won by a completely stock Slash as well. That one ran a Truth body, with Jab Graphix on board. :)

Man that girl in the vid is smokin...

Ran the Gold compound Bar Codes today on my 2wd mod car this weekend at my local indoor clay offroad track. I did run them last week and they where a little loose. For this upcoming week I clean the tires and sprayed them with Buggy grip and put them in a zip lock bag. Got to the track and put them on my car and it was awesome all day long and kept getting better each time out with almost zero signs or wear. Very happy with the performance.

This week the temp of the track was alot warmer but the tires also got treated and had some time to break in. Next week it is already showing to be alot colder so will see what happens when its cold how they work. If they work like this I will be running these all the time from now on at are track instead of the pink Bk Bars because the golds wear better and for me have shown the same amount of traction.

What up? 12-30-2008 11:38 AM

Which way do you suggest I run the Front Truck Carvers? Just got em and they look good.

Clay indoor track/ and outdoor dirt tracks. Both tracks usually run Proline front edges

Thanks,
