Default Top Shaft Identification

Can anyone identify what the shorter top shaft on the left in this picture is from, and/or the part number? The one to the right is from a B5m V2 trans (uses 5x10x4mm top shaft bearings) to use as a comparison to size, etc …5x10x4 also fits the on the end of the shorter shaft ... Thanks!
