Are you guy's planning on showing up to the Outlaws Motor sports day?
Someone by the name of sjs90xj mentioned the drifters will be there.
It's a great way to show off your skillful art, no entry fee.
Check out the Outlaws Motor sports day thread. I noticed this a day before your comp at MOHR, it may be good practice for that event. We don't plan on putting up a difficult layout so it should be good for drifting.

im gonna be there. I think everyone else is too busy preparing for the comp. I was under the impression we would get a chance to drive your track for about 30 min between 230-and 3pm. I'll be there early to make contact and help you guys set up. It might only be me but I think our club needs the exposure.

The more the merry. This is not a CORRC special event we're there for the same reasons you can be there to show off this great hobby and promote your club. I realize your group has a competition on Sunday but even if you could get the others to come over for one round it would really help your exposure.
As for track time I'm sure you guys can do your thing between each round of the TC heats. I know Chris mentioned between the last qualifier and main but like most races we do there always a break between rounds.
CDEE has created a schedule on the Outlaws thread please take a look.
Thank you very much for those that are coming, hope you can rally a few more.
Question, what kind of tires are you using for asphalt?
My son and i have been dabbling with drifting at the ePlex (ICE racing as there calling it) using PVC mounted on Jaco rims, is going to be to slippery? If not we may partake in some drifting action.

Hey There! ABS is probably the most popular tire used in drifting, and it does mimic ice! There are several options that yield different results. however, 2" ABS seems to be most popular. Super cheap for a 10' stick of that and you just cut it to the width of your rim, bevel the edges, press it on the wheel, and add a couple drops of tire glue or super glue and you're drifting.
