Guys,

Any objections to doing the IIC layout next Thursday night after racing? Since there's no oval until Sept., that'll give us a chance to get it done so the track is ready to go Saturday morning. It's only a day earlier than we'd originally planned.

Also, what do you think about doing an IIC warmup race? Maybe on a Saturday or something, where we practice all day and then have a club race that night.

I'm down for that also.

It would also be nice to try and put as many cars on the track as possible to get the feel for driving in traffic. I know this will be hard but we may need to run without marshals.

Marketing the club

I've started some simple marketing. First step was to post an ad on Craigslist.

I used a few pics from the website. I would welcome more pics and constructive comments.

We should also think about moving our club business away from the first page of our website. The first things new visitors see when visiting the website should be informational and positive and not about the club finances. Club business should be moved to a "Members Only" page.
