I'd take two sets on white rims.

Has anyone else checked out the indoor kart track in Centennial? 12 laps in one of those karts is a real workout.
That has to be what it would be like to take a ride in a 1/12 scale car. Their website address is www.speedraceway.com.

Been messing with some layout ideas during my post-CCC break. I know a couple of guys have been asking about doing a short straight layout, small track style, so I drew one up I think could be fun. It's got a couple of 180's which I don't love, but the drawback to diagonals or those big round turns is that they leave a lot of space unused, and lead to very fast laps. Plus, it probably doesn't hurt to have a hard 180 now and then, most big race layouts have at least one. Also, there's some scary, scary chicanes! Anyway, I'll bring the others when I'm back next week, but here's a quick submission in case we're looking for a change sometime soon.

Maybe I missed something, but why was the layout changed already? It was only down for two weeks. We had a nice groove and now we have to start all over again.

The only reason we change it was for our ccc race and we race on this same layout less then 2 months age.

Things keep coming together for the pavement track.

We have 35ea 55 gallon and 18ea 35 gallon barrels thanks to Jim, Mark and Ryan.

I'm working on an oval racer to help with the saftey fencing as they work for Rio Grand Supply.

Now the best part. I talke with the fire department yesterday, and found out that the hydrants in the Target lot are dry. However, they think they can set up the hydrant infront of the fire station for us to fill the tank / barrels.

So work day is set for Saturday at 9:00am. Bring work gloves, blowers, brooms and lets see how well we can get this set up for racing on Sunday
