Good luck on the build!!
A ProtoForm Sophia arrived at about 4 this afternoon. It's already been painted the closest approximation I could create to "Sophia Red" with the miscellaneous rattle cans in the basement.

I've still got 2 cars to build before starting the WGT. Nothing like road trips I tell you!!

Another great night of racing with 13.5 being extremely exciting. 12th was another awesome night as well with some good racing. Thanks to Robert and Keith for all the help.

12th scale racing last night was a blast. Jamie, it will be interesting to see what you'll be able to do when you get that car setup.

The finishes in 1/12 and 13.5 rubber were outstanding! Probably the best racing I've seen at CORRC yet.

It looks like nose to tail in the 13.5 rubber class and it looks like I have to work on my car withe the 1/12 scale run!!!

Jamie, what chassis did you run last night? Robert you running burshed or brushless?? McGee - looks like you're at the same pace as last Sunday!!!

Have a great race day Sunday and I'll be down on Thursday with Scottrik

Mark

I was running the darkside chassis. I was thinking about switching it out but am sticking with it. Still has a bit of understeer but will hopefully get that worked out next thursday. I would have been lost without robert and keith. They really helped me out getting the droop and spring setup right on the rear shock.

13.5 was a blast last night. the screemo did it again. this time on the last lap. close racing is always fun racing. guess i'll have to fire up the dremel to try and pick up another .001 sec/lap.

Did you put any shims under the side links? I normally run 2-washers or the bevel washer pointy side up from Dubro or SpeedMerchant. This will help turn in. Trick I got from Rossi.

I will try that the next time out. I know I needed a bit more spring in the rear shock.

Brushed. At about the 7 minute mark the car fell off pretty hard. Nothing like nickel metals. I would run brushless but I do not have a 17.5 on me right now.

I'm guessing everybody knows where to find race results by now, but just in case, here they are from Thursday.

For your Sunday races, what time do they normally get over by?

Depends on turnout but we're usually done by about 5pm.
