Oh wow, two projectors is perfect. We can do video on one and scoring on the other. I can bring my table from home I normally use for wrenching.

I thought we could setup one of the projectors with F1 Race Stars next door to give people an escape from the stresses of racing. Sounds like fun to me. Maybe drag in an old couch for a few days and give folks a "lounge"

What is the minimum number of people required to get F1 race stars to be a class?

All kidding aside, I think Sam has a great idea here.

Maybe a head to head double elimination style bracket tournament needs to take place throughout the weekend?

Chris, let Kelly know I will be coming over to get some practice time in on the PS3.

We'll probably have a side of the other space that isn't used depending on turnout. If you guys wanna setup a game lounge over there, that could be a lot of fun. Bring a TV, though, we need projectors for race stuffs.

You have a snowball's chance in hell against her. The first thing she does when she comes over now is ask whether she can play "cars". She won't even sit down on the coach because she gets so excited. The only bad part is that she has horrible taste in F1 drivers and insists on playing as either Timo Glock or one of the Nicos (although Rosberg isn't too bad).

I only have two PS3 controllers, btw, so unless someone else has a PS3 with extra controllers it will be limited to two-player.

If this happens i have 2 PS3 controllers i can bring. This would be a cool addition to the race atmosphere, it would definitely set us apart from any other event.

Hey guys, still not sure if I will be able to make it or not, however I do have 2 folding tables I think one a 6ft and a 4 ft I believe. If you need to borrow more tables to use in the extra pit space. Let me know as I have a meeting in Golden on the 12th and I can draop off at track if someone is there.

I've got an InFocus Project - old school big box, but works well and an 8' projector screen I could bring down prior to the race.

I also have the folding white race tables that I use for nitro and events at the E-Plex races that I could also bring by.

Tell me about it. Racing at eplex tonight but very unsure as to whether I am comfortable with not driving for a week prior to nats. Heh.

Regarding tables: I can also bring a large folding table. I don't use it for anything right now other than my rare outdoor racing excursions.

I am also debating bringing my espresso machine and other coffee equipment down for MHIC and setting it up in the "add-on" pit space. Depending on how I can approach it I would like to be able to sell drinks for a couple bucks for the first couple hours of each day and provide the extra cash to the club. Not super useful, but given the location of our track and everything I figured it might be something people would be interested in.

I'll be heading to the track tonight to rattle can some practice bodies, and get my tires trued and ready to go for Nats. (and practice if there is time)... Happy to have a week in Denver after 2+ weeks of non stop travel. Not much time to get my stuff together for Nats... but it is what it is.

Eric Dimmick's signup puts us at 50 bodies now for MHIC!

I adjusted the map on the signup page to just show the track and not all the entries in CO, it was getting out of hand.

Also, if anybody wants a last shot at some Solaris tires before nats, I'll have them with me at the track tonight.
