Carpet Unroll and Vacuum
Table Setup
Track Layout….etc by 230ish Sooner if More People Help
Track Open… 3ish Same... Sooner if more people help.
Traction Action Sprayed when it arrives Track Closed for Short period.
Registration opens at 5pm. No motors before that...
Motors And Tires Recorded During Registration.
Orca Stock recommended FDR 3.4-3.6 Be prepared
Traveling Drivers we will have a few Board members bringing their soldering stations. Feel free to pack a bit lighter.
Registration Closes 8PM Doors Close 1030pm
Saturday
Doors at 7am
Final Registration 7am to 8am last call. Closed at 815.
Open Practice 7am to 815am Track Closes. Concourse Layout… Get your cars to the track for Judging…and Group Photo.... top 10 Chosen..... Pictures taken and forwarded to RCTAGZ.COM for Judging. Winner Will be awarded Sunday. Must run at least 1 qualifier with judged body.
Drivers Meeting 830
First Heat 9am
Expecting Approximately 3.25 hour rounds. Give or take depending on walk in registration.
Round 2- 1230ish round 3- 4ish
Expect to be finished around 730. Track open for practice until 1030.
Some guys are planning a get together in Abbotsford at Wings… Let a board member know if you are going so reservations can be made. If not… im sure other groups will be closer to the venue enjoy new friends and the atmosphere.
