On the Sunday, correct. Of course Friday night race nights still have all classes but this is a new initiative to provide an environment catering towards newcomers and kids. That said, we expect some tight Mini-madness with the more experienced drivers.

Good turnout for our first event with 2 heats of Mini madness down at CARCAR. Thanks for Gordon and Steve for their help. The Mini Masters wish to aknoledge a notable cameo appearance from Curtis "the ghost" Webster and his son Bryce. Please join us in harassing him to put on his big-boy pants and come race so we can beat them off of him !

We have new LiveRc timing system this year and all race results are online (you can even watch live !):

Thanks Mark for organizing - can't believe it has been 4+ years since I last ran rc cars... Lots of fun seeing the old faces again, meeting some new people and getting back on the carpet. Lots of fun, super relaxed - will see you on Dec 1.

Just a reminder that tomorrow is Mini Sunday @ CARCAR. Doors at 10am, registration at 11; qualifiers at ~11:15. We will be bringing in pizza for lunch so please try to be there by 11 as I will be ordering the pizza as soon as registration is done and we need a head count.

We'd really like the kids to have a heat of their own so bring them !

Great turnout today ! We had three heats of Mini insanity going on as well as a number of "normal" members coming out to run some practice laps.

This coming Friday (Dec 20th) is our last race before Christmas so we will be running MINI in addition to all the regular classes and since it's Christmas, CARCAR will offer anyone member pricing for races this Friday. This means your first class is only $10. Also the club will be providing pizza for everyone so come on out for a fun filled evening of racing.
