SCHEDULE

Friday
3pm - 9pm Open Practice.
9:00pm -9:20pm Drivers Meeting.
9:20 concourse.
9:30pm-10:30 open practice.
Registration through out the day. You need to be in the system WITH PT #/car for controlled practice presort times, be sure to register as soon as possible!

Saturday
7am-8:30am Open Practice and Registration
9:00am Qualifying Heat 1 begins. RESORT after every round.
Open practice after round 3.
2.5 hrs after last qualifier, Doors Close.

Sunday
7am - 8:30am Open Practice
9:00am - Mains day, AAA mains, double lower mains
4pm (approximately): end of event

Scheduled daily start times may be adjusted if needed, be sure to listen for announcements during the event.

I might be missing something, but can someone confirm the date for the event? The wcics.ca registration page shows Nov 30-Dec 2, the Wcics thread on rctech also shows Nov 30 to Dec 2, but this thread shows Nov 23rd to 25th.

I too see two different dates posted. I was all penciled in for the Dec weekend and now need to see if I an shift my attendance a week earlier. It would be nice to get the Dec dates edited out and confirm or BOLD POST the correct dates. Had a great time last year. I'd like to make the effort again.

Hey everyone,

I've got a BNB booked in West Kelowna for the race and it has a second bedroom with 2 beds in it. The place is only a few minutes from the track and is cozy and private. If anyone needs a place to stay message me. Each bed is $80 for the two nights.

had an awesome time dudes! thanks to the members of KRC for putting on a fantastic fun weekend! was relaxed but quick; we were out the door by 4pm on the weekend! thanks to aaron and steve for doing calling the races and doing tech all weekend.
