Blackmail will not work on Tom. He is a school teacher so he is already hardened. Hope to see you at the track sometime soon. Welcome to hot lap my F104W on foams if you make it by.

No need to re-glue because you get hardly any traction.

A lot of guys will drive right through your rear end and keep on moving. the announcer should call a stop and go if he sees it but I know that seeing everything is impossible.

There is no Rookie class and that is unfortunate as that's where I wanted to start off in on road. I do not think speed is the factor its more of a drivers respect for one another that's the problem. Win or lose i have a smile on my face others dont.
After seeing the video, guys should be called out at the next race and warned in a drivers meeting. its the only way to help stop it.
It's got to be tough for an announcer. It's a small track with big cars going too fast. Mixing rookies with sportsman is going to cause issues. What can you do if you don't have enough of them to have their own class? You don't want to come down on these guys too hard or else they will not want to race again. That's not going to help the track in the long run.

Maybe slowing down the cars to 21.5 or slower would help.

Perhaps the main should be limited to the top 6 cars. Spacing does help.

We had biggest turnout this year, 52 racers showed up raced 80entries.

I think it is the biggest turnout since opened the track.

Thanks everyone and also thank you Arizona and Las Vegas racers !!

Click Here to see the race results.

Click Here to see the point standings.

We will have the new layout for the next race.

Thanks.

I stopped by and checked out the racing today, and got all the parts I needed to build up my F104v2 F1 car. Looking forward to racing with you guys!

Also, thanks to Frank and several of the racers who took the time to answer my questions or just stop by to chat as I watched the races. I've been to plenty of RC tracks where if you're not in the "in crowd" or a regular, no one will give you the time of day, much less approach you and say hello. Looks like a great group!

+1

I have been running on road for about 2 months now and yesterday was my 3rd race. I have had help from people since the very first day i walked in to practice. I have been to a lot of off road tracks and met some cool people but this is by far the best group of racers and owner i have met.

They help with no hesitation even if you are not asking. Cant beat that any where.
