I just got back to Seattle from a vacation to the county of Orange and wanted to thank the guys at OCRC for a great time. I had a free afternoon from family vacation duties and took my SC5M down and turned some laps. I had an absolute blast and was super impressed with the facilities and the friendly people (both racers and staff).

28 or 29/69. It really depends on your driving, your batteries, and your motor though.

Hello all,
Does anyone out there know if the older AMBrc large transponders still work at ocrc with the mylaps system? I came across an old one in my toolbox and was wondering if I can still use it. Thanks all!

Hi,

Hoping to visit OCRC and surrounding area in August this year.

Few days at the track and a few days sightseeing.

Any recommendations on where to stay?

MiCk B. :-)

I should be coming down for a week or so here in August/Sept and will try to run down there. Up here I run superstock(13.5 2wd), does that exist or should I set up my car to run mod?

Locally, there really only is a 17.5T class, or Open/Mod.

Anybody running slicks here? How do they perform?
What's the majority running?
Thanks

Slicks don't normally work at OCRC. In a big race you can get away with them but club racing you will want some broken in treads. Proline MC positrons or electrons are probably most popular. Any clay tire will work well though.
