Call them before you come down and explain that you just got into town, and ask them to mount them up so your ready to go when you get to the track.

Did you actually call them? They do answer the phone. Did you Ask the last time you were there? I don't race Sundays but I know when the Friday series ended and the Sunday series started.

Not much tech for Club racing, so yes. That motor wont win you any races though.

What do you suggest? schurr ?

I have tekin gen2,d3.5, reedy son 2, Vulcan, premium rpm ballistic ,reedy son 1, d3 in my box

Schuur Speed is the way to go....Ron Schuur is at OCRC 3-4 times a week and offers the best direct customer support in the hobby.

Just out of curiosity, why would you make that statement? Are fast motors no longer in vogue?

Run the d3.5. As long as you don't have the maxilla rotor, its not a cheater motor imo.
I think Bill was just saying no matter what motor you have in the buggy, that alone will not win the race so don't worry about running the d3.5.

Run what you got.

I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with the motor. Just sayin...

That if you are going to race stock buggy at OC_RC you are going have to beat some of the best stock drivers around! Sean C (AE/Reedy Electronics Chief) and Ron Schuur (SchuurSpeed Chief) aren't winning races with their electronics, they are losing to better drivers.

And don't get me wrong I'm only beating a couple in a 30 racer night.
