Default help, need advice

Hello OC RC experts.

I have been wanting to get back into 1/8 scale electric buggy to race at the track. Nice track and nice people by the way.

I saw this for sale in the for sale section and was wondering would this be a good car, motor, esc set up for the oc rc track? I want to at least have a fast car for the track, cant speak for the driver though... I want to be able to jump any jump.

team associated rc8.2e with savox 1268 tg servo. Comes with Hacker electronics ESC and Hacker 1900 kV motor.

help!

thanks!

What tires you guys running? Coming down from the NW in a couple weeks. Bringing my 2w and 4w Buggy. Thinking green or gold barcodes?

Should be fine and competitive, OCRC is a good sized 1/10 scale track and those with 1/8 scales have fun. Its really all about the whole car setup, and of course the driver as you stated. Bring it down!

Gold Dirt Webs! If you can't get them, then Gold Bar Codes.

Hi guys, i will be making a trip to LA and hope to do some driving and maybe some racing at OCRC. I am deciding between my schumacher sv2 or my B5 but since OCRC stocks plenty of AE parts, I am leaning toward my B5. From the previous postings it seems like everyone is on the B5M but does anyone have a good setup for the B5? Or would I be having more fun on my mid motor schumie? Thanks.

Jackie has been tearing it up in the stock class with his RM B5 so he will be the first to talk about for setup. Mod class is almost all MM if not completely MM. Stock is mostly MM.

He doesn't. You should give a call down there and talk to him, preferably on a non-race night as he gets really busy then.

OCRC crew. Didn't you guys have little stepping stools for the kids on the driver stand? We didn't see any there last night. Were they a liability? Let us know so that we could bring our own next time? Thx.
