You know whats funny he has not even come on this thread and said other wise. Any other person would have defended himself on the thread but I guess he is guilty as hell..

holechit - Piece of advice, have your cellphone video camera recording as you open the package. Film the box, and the shipping label first before you open.

BIG THIS

I would also see about opening it front of a post master too if you can, video its condition as well to show you didn't "mess" with it (open then reseal). I have heard of a scammer trying to run that game too.

Great suggestion... I’ll definitely open the package while videoing. I'll make sure to document the entire (all sides) package prior to opening. I'll make sure to have others present to witness as well. It would be perfect if I could catch the postmaster and open it in his presence. That would be the ultimate. I'll keep you guys posted. Once this is over I’ll definitely ask about Hulks package.

Default Help for some help?

Little help for a little help please.

I paid for the motor that the link to this thread was posted on. Apparently just before it was linked and then shit down.

http://www.rctech.net/forum/r-c-item...v-one-run.html

I have not gotten a tracking number, but sent a PM and hope to get a response. His profile does not show any "last activity", has he been banned?

I did not send $ as gift, any updates from other buyers?
Should I start a PP dispute?

If it was me honestly based on the lack of response he seems to be running with, I probably would just open the PP dispute and let it be handled that way. If paypal asks why, you can mention issues you have heard here and lack of communication with the seller.

Not like when you do get your stuff you can't close it.

he hasn't been banned yet. i'm giving him a chance to communicate with people such as yourself that he has open business with. I see his last activity just fine on his profile page.

Dispute? If you haven't heard from him in a week after purchasing... i think your odds of getting something in the mail is low.

Based on my experience. I know that's not much He's in the wind, won't likely log back in. Only time he'll try to is when he gets the email giving him the . From then on it's up to Cpt.A to try and keep us all safe (he knows what I mean)

psst...don't send gift payments. I can't ban people for being stupid, but this one is in the rules if you bother to read them

I've got Great news to report. I received my package today (11/6) and it’s exactly what I paid for. It also arrived two days early. I have to say I gave a big sigh of relief when I opened the package. Thanks for the support... Cheers!

But you didn't send payment as a gift either. Funny how that works

I feel for you, but at the end of the day, you sent him a "gift". It's not likely that either of those avenues are gonna help considering you gave him money.
