Geez man that's almost 4 months. I hope once you contact the police you get something out of the end of it. Can you create a false letter head from a fake legal firm threatening legal action if they don't coff up .(Is that legal?) Or if it dosn't cost to much get one typed up for real. The thing is here legal fees are way over the top, probably more then you lost in the first place.

jjiimm,
I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with Jason. I race with him every weekend and even though I'm not one of his good pals, I have spoken to him several times at practice and he is very helpful to others that might need some set-up advice or tips.

K. Porter, I never said he was not a nice guy. I will let all of you be the judge of that. I will be in Columbus next Sunday, September 8th.
Could you email me at [email protected] and let me know were and when you race.
I might bring some of my toys with me. Looking forward to meeting some of the Colunbus gang. Thanks Jim

Jim, I completely regret ever selling you anything. Yes the stuff wasn't all assembled and yes I took awhile to send the stuff out. You have no idea what is going on at this end of the computer, yet you have continued to drag my name through the mud. Do not expect anything from me.

That must be your way of saying that you are not going to make good on this deal. Sad, very sad!
From the first few time that you lied to me I knew that this would be a hard deal but it is my responsibility to all "Good Traders” and let them know about your bad habits. If you do not want your name dragged though the mud, live a cleaner lifestyle and stop doing the wrong thing.
I still hope you do the right thing Jason. Jim

Enough is enough. This should be taken off line now. Sounds like both parties have issues about this deal. Deal with them outside of this forum.......

Rob Love, I have no "issues" about this deal.
This is what Jason Longbrake of Columbus Ohio wrote,

That says it all Rob, except for all the missing bodies and parts.

I see that you are from Columbus Ohio also. Tell Jason I said Hi.

Yep, looks just like the super I TQ'd with in NYC. Afraid to turn some wrenches or what? Looks like you only have to put in the rear diff and engine; that'd take about 4 minutes, less time than it took you to take those pics probably. It's a used gas car, it's gonna have dirt and oil on it, just wipe it off if you don't like it.

HeyJeff Switzer / Pimpedacord, / Jason Longbrakes roommate.
Nice to hear from you on this subject.
It was a pleasure to meeting you, and seeing that Super in action at the NY Hpi Challenge was a sight. The Hpi Super main was the high point of the weekend.
Here is where we disagree; I do not remember my super ever looking like it did when I received it. I was told buy Jason Longbrake (your roommate) that the car is in the same condition as when it came off the track after the challenge. Same shocks, springs, tires and gearing. Everything was supposed to be in Race Ready Condition.
Your remark about 4 minutes to put the diff back made me chuckle.
I guess the pic you were looking at was not clear enough to see what this car needed to run again. I will attach it again for you to see. Everyone else was able to see that the motor was completely disassembled and missing parts. The Super was to many missing parts to put this back together without a big dollar trip to the hobby shop.
But I am impressed that you were able to recognize that super as the TQ at the Hpi Challenge in NY.
I remember it looking more complete and having a BMW body.
I look forward to meeting you again but leave your buddy Jason Longbrake of Columbus Ohio back in the Buck Eye State.

Hey Jeff, Thanks for that insightful contribution to our discussion.
You said you live 2 hour from Jason Longbrake of Columbus Ohio.
He said that you were his roommate on a few occasions.

I think I may have been lied to. What A Surprise!

I have attached a current pic of the Hpi Super and how it looks now.

No Thanks to Jason Longbrake of Columbus Ohio, or Jeff Switzer of 2 hours from Columbus Ohio.
