Good luck. I can't stand people like this. I feel bad for your son. I have kids too and would never want someone to take advantage of them like that, and if the guy gets away with it, its even harder on them.

Just got a Losi 22, it's a used beat up piece of shit. The shocks were switched from the Losi and he put b4.1 shocks in. I can't believe this jerk thinks I don't know the difference??? I'll post pics tonight of the buggy he said he was sending and the shutter I got plus no servo. Ban this guy please racer1812. I'm going to proceed with my plans with the local authorities.

Will do a good inspection of the buggy and will see what comes in as far as the Losi shocks and savox servo. I'll keep you guys updated. Thank you everyone for your concern and advice. My sons loves his rb5 lol.

sorry to hear this. it must be a bad experience for your 10 year old to swallow that some adult 'stole' from him. Hope you can give your son a positive and motivating explanation so that he is not disturbed by this incident..
Hope you can recover the losses on behalf of your son. I also have a 9 year old playing RC and will always protect him psychologically and mentally in such situations so that his clean white heart is not tarnished by such dirt-bags.
EDIT: oh, you got the buggy..nonetheless, just do the necessary.

The real problem here is that there is no more fear of consequences. Degenerates like this guy that ripped you are far too prevalent and they are always looking to screw someone. As they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, I can't imagine what kinda trailer park, tobacco chewing chewbaccas raised him.
I recently got ripped and I wish there was something I could have done but I just bit my lip and moved on. Its too bad that your son has to learn right from wrong this way but it does offer up a good lesson to be learned. At the end of the day, I really wish there was something more I could do to help you out but it is what it is and we live and learn.
On the other hand, I do have a bat in my trunk and I did fill up the tank today..
