Wow how random I happen onto this a month after having a bad transaction with Brandon21 through CL. He sold me a bad Venom charger after meeting up. When I got home and the charger didn't work he told me to check with Venom to exchange it because it was brand new. When Venom wouldn't exchange it he told me he would send me his other charger. When I contacted him asking when he was sending it he just blew me off. I contacted him last week asking him about the charger and he said I was threatening him and he was going to contact the police.

Well when you buy anything through CL you should check things to make sure they work. Once you give your money and you receive your item your pretty much done! On Cl more so when dealing with cash in hand deals buyer beware! You have no recourse when things go bad!

Well now he is telling me he will send me some cash to make up for it. I don't think he wants me showing up where he lives.

Unless the thing has all it's guts ripped out and then you can get him arrested on fraud but other wise your pretty much out of luck. Yes he could get you for harassment.

Good that you got him to do that! Oh and if you did go to where he lives you might just find yourself in jail. Just remember that, Stuff sold in person on craigslist has no buyer protection and you need to make sure it works before you buy it or your out of luck!
