OK, so you both agreed to trade and both agreed to ship. Delane holds up his end of the deal. So what if your phone goes out, you had already agreed to ship...your phone has nothing to do with it. Then his truck shows up which took what, 3 or 4 days to get to you? Then you spent another day trying to trade it on here? So you not only missed your agreed to ship date, another maybe 5 days go by? And though tomorrow is Saturday, you're going to wait until Monday evening to finally ship? And finally, you only respond to Delane when he posts on your trade threads and creates this thread.

No excuses, you flat out stole from him. Making it right once you get caught doesn't fix it in my opinion...if you even do make it right.
Very well said. It is not your truck until your end has been received and the recipient is happy. I recently did a trade with someone and they shipped a week later than agreed upon. I saw what I had sent them for sale 3 days before what I was supposed to get was even shipped. I wondered to myself, now what happens if I get my end of the trade and am not happy, but the other party has already gotten rid of what I sent them? Seems like it would be a messy situation. Phone issues or not IF YOU ARE IN A DEAL WITH SOMEONE YOU FIND A WAY TO KEEP THE CONTACT LINES OPEN!!! I am shocked by the number of sellers I have bought from recently that think it is perfectly fine to wait a week before shipping what I bought and then not even bother to tell me about it. Shipping delays are understandable, just not giving a crap is not.

I know, hate it when they either give themselves trader rating thru a different account or pretend to be mad about scamming as one person when they are actually the scammer themselves.

Everyone LOVES a Happy Ending
GLad to see you were made whole, less your shipping costs. Perhaps the mods could insist he refund your shipping cost prior to consideration of reinstatement!

First, all sales, trades, transactions done on this site are at your own risk. That said, users proven to be scamming other members are banned, forever.
There is no reinstatement for people found to be scammers. Period

Currently all feedback issues and suspensions for scamming run through myself. And admin. if need be.

I will say that if a members sales activities are questionable and I contact them, a response is in their best interest.
