Hate to see these threads. But I do have to ask why you would ship first when you have good feedback and he has none?
I hope you guys get this worked out. Can't say if enough research the seller or trader before you make a deal. Its not a guarantee but it can help make of break a deal.

im going to have his end shipped out by monday i had phone issues and wasnt aware he shipped i got the package last night and couldnt ship today but ill probably be sending your blitz back since im a scammer now

You guys should be sending pm's and working this out before someone gets a vacation for posting all over.

Phone issues or not this tells us you didn't communicate with delane74 . Id be upset too. You haven't sent him his stuff out and already trading off his stuff. I'll be adding to my ignore list.

Yes I did . It proves that he knew he had received product had not sent out product and was trying to get rid of said received product . Maybe its just a newb move to not communicate well but the phone excuse is just an excuse because there must be a computer in the house. How he fixes this will tell us alot .

I'ld like to know what shipping terms were agreed to? Who, when, how?...I can only hope all these things were worked out when the deal was made. And yes OP, why did you ship first???

we both agreed to ship the same day. and yes i could have done things diff, how ever per all our pms and texts i tried to believe in him. i still hold that hope and will delete my posts once things are straigtened out.

If you haven't shipped your part of the deal out yet, then the truck you received isn't yours. Essentially, you haven't "paid" for it yet, Your ads already trying to sell or trade it should be removed until the deal is complete.

OK, so you both agreed to trade and both agreed to ship. Delane holds up his end of the deal. So what if your phone goes out, you had already agreed to ship...your phone has nothing to do with it. Then his truck shows up which took what, 3 or 4 days to get to you? Then you spent another day trying to trade it on here? So you not only missed your agreed to ship date, another maybe 5 days go by? And though tomorrow is Saturday, you're going to wait until Monday evening to finally ship? And finally, you only respond to Delane when he posts on your trade threads and creates this thread.

No excuses, you flat out stole from him. Making it right once you get caught doesn't fix it in my opinion...if you even do make it right.

He just made another post looking for trades lol. The nerve of some people.
