Wow! After all I've read, I'm scarred to do business person to person through the internet. Maybe I should go read some success stories where everybody got their stuff, got paid, and everybody is happy.

I'm pretty sure the vast majority of the buying and selling on the internet is successful for all parties involved, otherwise people wouldn't do it.
