Had a bad trade with this guy. We both shipped at the same time, He did ship when he sad he would, Ill give him that much. We traded a navagation system for my savage with hopups. When I got the navagation system, it was missing a faceplate, and the dvds to make the navagation system actually work. So I emailed him and asked what was up, and he had told me he sent the faceplate in to get carbon fibered.. All right I guess, then he also said he was getting new updated dvd's and would send them both to me once he got them. Allright I guess. Something he should have told me before, otherwise I wouldnt have sent out my stuff till everything was complete. So a couple weeks pass, and the replies to emails get less and less to none. Finally I tell the guy that Im going to take necessary action (which I have filed) if he didnt at least answer, then suddenly he does. Gives me more run around. Then a couple days ago I found a thread where he was doing this to another guy. Exact same story to the T. http://rctech.net/forum/showthread.php?t=144210
So when I confront him on it, he tells me to "***K off" and to "never expect anything", and accused me of threatening him because I said Id turn him in.

All I ever wanted was what we agreed to trade for. He got what he was told (See his feedback left for me....

Ive tried to reason with him, and even offered to have a friend pick up the items (who lives by him) so he wouldnt have to ship them, but hes been a total pain in the ass, and a complete jerk. And thats when he'll actually reply.

Ive asked him to even just take pictures of the missing parts, and he just ignores it. So I highly doubt he even has them, and knew noone was going to trade it for what it was, with the missing stuff.

Beware of this guy. Hes a childish deadbeat who tries to play games.

next this is you wanted to send back the items,that was fine until i found the same t.v,same missing part,same book that i folded like that in the same town that i shipped it to,you saying thats not yours,you said you bought this item new 1 year ago,wich is a lie,i also told you to buy your own updated cd,i was maybe going to get one for you,i thought i was getting a 800.00 truck rtr.instead i got a factory savage tore apart with missing pieces.make sure you tell that person about the t.v.that you traded for it,you didnt buy it.ebay item number 140081880956.

forgot to add,i got my item a week later than he did.make sure you prove that i called you all those names.im still missing all the hop ups for the truck you said you had,the 200.00 custom motor mount.

yes i can,i sent out one rim,one spindle,one coil,the trade came via email has nothing to do with this website,i sent those items out,he sent half of the items,after he got the first box he sent everything else out,i sent my items out 4 days later,one rim,one coil,one spindle,and a roll pan,he was mad because as everyone knows ups doesnt pick items up on saturdays and sundays,i shipped it out after ups picked it up on friday,so he had to wait for the whole weekend to see if the tracking numbers work.but i did send him a pick of the ups slip.he got the items,everything is fine.and the deal was for 2 rims,2 spindles,2 coils and a roll pan.and he got everything.i can provide pics,ups tracking numbers,everything
