I think you are confusing pressing charges with taking him to court.

15 people lodged complaints. The charges come as a result of the investigation.

I've been following this post for a couple of weeks now and I have got a suggestion: TurtleMan, you seem to know where this POS (piece of s*&t) races and hangs out, why don't you just take him out behind the wood shed?

Just a thought.

I wouldn't. By the looks of it, I'd say Corey might EAT him.

Reading TurtleMans profile. It says he's a porn star. That makes him a lover, not a fighter.

Just how long should guys like this be allowed to suffer no consequences for their actions. If it was just one little problem I would say your right, but it's not "one little problem" or a case of a little misunderstanding, It's a case of total fraud if you had read the ebay listing you would know this. I had talked to Corry about the Truggys and it sounded like a scam to me so I did not buy. I did "notice" a thread about this scam the day (Night) after I had talked to him. You need to take a good look and read just what Corry has been up to. I'm not talking about a lynching, all I'm saying is a meeting with the local guys that he races with should be in order. If they don't like what Corry has to say...BAN HIM from the local racing! I'm quite sure you would not be happy if Corry was racing on your dime.

Well said, son.

LOL. I didn't remember that was there. Honestly I not much of a porn star (no one would want to see me nude) but I am a lover, and not a fighter. Well, atleast most of the time.

As far as Corey, I just don't think anyone thought he would show up again. I guess he disappeared after this all started. Then he just showed up at the Dave Mapston race.

But just to let you know, I really did want to go grab all his/your stuff at the race, and ship it to you guys. But thats not the way I am. I do hope it works out for everyone in the end.

Turtle,

You shoulda called him out in-front of everyone. Nothing like a little uncormfortability to take the edge off someone during a race.

Yea, "I" probably would. It would just be him and I, so I could always say I was defending myself. I HATE THIEVES!!! They ruin things for the honest people. Anyway it was just a thought.

No it aint. I sold a lowrider bike to a dude who sent be a bounced check and I had to take him to court over it. He was from Maine and I live in Minnesota. 90% of it was handled on the phone, the rest of the 10% was in the mail. It took about a month to complete and I got my money. If people would have did this when this thread 1st started, they would have been done by now. Its absoultly retarded to just sit and wait and see what happens. MAKE it happen. Take this dude to court. You wouldnt let a dude walk up to you and take shit would you?? Like I said before, if your going to just sit and wait for the cops to do something (which I can almost gurantee they wont take a internet transaction gone wrong to seriously. No legal contracts) then you might as well just gave it to him.
