Default How to get to Edenhope from Adelaide

Get ready for some long roads with not too many corners guys.

Drive up the Mt Barker Freeway and keep going for about 210 kms until you start to come into Keith, as you come in to Keith, you will see the first turn to the right is the road to Naracoorte, head down that road for a further 105kms. Once coming into Naracoorte you will come across a dirty great roundabout which you need to turn left at. This is the main street of Naracoorte, keep going along this road and straight at the next dirty great roundabout, keep going straight on out of town, this road becomes the Wimmera Highway. Keep going for another 45 odd kms (including going straight through apsley) and you will come to Edenhope. As you cruise through Edenhope you will see bright blue signs on the right under the street name signs. They say RC Track and funnily enough, they lead to the RC track, as you follow the signs, drive into the football grounds and you will see the RC Track on the right hand side of the footy club clubrooms.

Its as easy as that guys, should take about 4 and a half hours or so if you drive pretty much straight through but don't forget to take a break evey 2 hours or so as I really don't want to hear that anyone has had a prang on the way to Edenhope due to falling asleep at the wheel due to fatigue.

Really looking forward to seeing you all and we will do our best to put on a good event. Have fun and drive safe.

Cheers

Mike

PS. Trophies look really shmick, a real stunner to have on the mantle piece.

Don't worry the town used to be a sheep station..... so we could play for that?? Or failing that, Andrew will race for slips

I won' be falling asleep at the wheel, the music will be loud. Driving songs from Green Day, The Living End, Wolfmother, Guns & Roses, and many others.

Default Edenhope Track

Howdy guys, the Edenhope crew rang me and asked me to post this.
Please find attached a scan of the front page of the local newspaper for Edenhope. Looks like the Edenhope guys are pulling out all stops for us.

Cheers

Mike
