AMB Timing System
hi guys
i have just been surfing the net and found this cool feature of the AMB Timing System,
it allows the race results to be posted on the net, ie: you can enter in your transponder number and it can list your race result information,
(of course it has to be uploaded first from the AMB Timing information that was recorded on the race day)
is this a possibility for this to happen at the club?
i know that this will stir up a 'hornets nest' of questions, but it could be a great tuning tool, and allow drivers to monitor their times and progress week to week

what a wonderful day we all had at the cricket today.
we're doing it again on the 10th feb, 5pm'ish.
australia Vs New Zealand
the rubber triangles they use to mark the boundary make a great jump if you hit it at speed. aint nothin like having a few thousand ppl go "OHHHHH" when you do a jump over em.
i circled a boundary security guy slowly, like an indian circling a cowboy.
he stopped and i bumped him going slowly.
he grabs teh truck, crowd goes BOOOOOOOO
then proceeds to lecture me, everytime i reached for truck he jerked it away and crowd would again BOOOOOO!!!!!!
one dude who had a few beers in him stands up and yells
LET THE DUDE HAVE HIS TRUCK BACK!!!
security put my truck down and the crowd went YYEEAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!
man it was funny...
magnuts the lucky biatch goes to the members area (where we were staying) at the cricket in a Tshirt. "sir you need to have a collared shirt to enter members area"
so the organisers gave him a free cricket australia shirt with collar.
might have to try that one myself at the next match

Kmit, our club already posts the full race report from Allycat, it gives you all the qualifiers and race results with all your lap times and everyone elses so you can compare.
Benzo, basically to run your car at the club it will need to have a .21 motor with a sealed back plate or a pull-start. If you keep the car fairly stock it will be fine (dimension wise). Its only when you want to run at the state titles that all the finer rules come into play, ie clear windows, the track width, seal back plate on the motor and fuel capacity.
If you want anymore info on the rules fee free to ask as i have scrutineered the state title the last 2 years or find me out at the track on race days.
