Call me when you have spoken to the minister for finance, and I'll organize something.

I'll get the roller going with a cutting attatchment tonight. Unless I end up at the track driving again, that is

Just send me back to work if you see me!!

what if we got kovacs mixer and did brews of clay, cement, lime and bondcrete and made a runny slurry and poured over surface and broomed on and let set like morter/concrete, nice hard pack and dust free traction, yum
summer with water restrictions isnt the best time for major rebuilds
use only clay

Johnny..Good idea but what happens is that the clay surface under neath moves so the hard work with the mud mix will crack and pot holes will form,...as with car parks it would need to be 50mm plus thick and mesh put through it,then it would be a out of this world project for the mixer as well as cost.At this stage we can only patch and repair.

Just for interest...look on you-tube for indoor buggy tracks and have a look at them,it would be cool to have and they have a trowel finish in clay too.But these guys can keep it constant moist and away from the wind , rain and sun.

Ant...we can go ahead and get a bob cat for the corner track-link project.so this can be somthing new for 2008 at knox.

Club members..keep a watch on the Knox thread here for a working B'...now it may be a wild cat launch !..if we can get the bob cat early so stay tuned!
Good jobs are discuss, planed and completed!

If I am not busy helping out the guys at Keilor I may be there. Keilor needs me more than you guys at the moment.

The patch work worked well last time and held up until the heavy down poor. I'm keen to do some patching on the weekend, to improve what we already have before Crusty Corner is added...
