I ordered a kit from the USA last week, and it was here in 5 days EMS. Pretty good, considering this time of year.

Earlier in the year it was 4 days for a kit from the same store.

EMS comes with a tracking number, request it from the place you purchased from so you can see where it is at.

From all my experiences with the US, EMS has taken no less than 4 days and no longer than a week!

...also given the time of year, you might have to wait that extra few days. Post services will be going crazy at the moment!

Yeah i have ordered two kits from Speedtech, and as I posted above one came in 5 days (arrived just this week) and the other in 4.

Email Steve for your EMS tracking number if you didnt recieve it, you'll be able to tell exactly where it is.

If customs have got hold of it, you may find it will take an extra week for them to process the charges and release it to Aust post

Contact the local post office, they may have it sitting there. Looks like there was no one home when they tried to deliver it, they actually require someone to sign before they leave the package.

I would have thought they would leave a note in the letter box though...

(V)r>?ä®?@¢uD@,
On the website that you have used to track the shipment, see if there are any contact details for an office in NSW, and give them a call.
