Shipping EMS

How long does it take to get some batterys and parts sent from the USA to Austraila normally??

v0rtex 12-22-2004 10:51 PM

I ordered a kit from the USA last week, and it was here in 5 days EMS. Pretty good, considering this time of year.

Earlier in the year it was 4 days for a kit from the same store.

MrRolla 12-22-2004 11:00 PM

EMS from the states shouldnt take longer than a week

(V)r>?ä®?@¢uD@ 12-22-2004 11:37 PM

well its been a week from today since i order the items but im not worryed

v0rtex 12-23-2004 12:41 AM

EMS comes with a tracking number, request it from the place you purchased from so you can see where it is at.

Pro4 12-23-2004 03:34 AM

Where abouts did you order from???

From all my experiences with the US, EMS has taken no less than 4 days and no longer than a week!

Pro4 12-23-2004 03:35 AM

...also given the time of year, you might have to wait that extra few days. Post services will be going crazy at the moment!

never shoped at speedtech but many other people have. it is very reputable, never heard a bad thing about them. check the website for their " we're of on holidays, piss of don't send us any orders" dates:lol:

v0rtex 12-23-2004 01:38 PM

Yeah i have ordered two kits from Speedtech, and as I posted above one came in 5 days (arrived just this week) and the other in 4.

Email Steve for your EMS tracking number if you didnt recieve it, you'll be able to tell exactly where it is.

If customs have got hold of it, you may find it will take an extra week for them to process the charges and release it to Aust post

v0rtex 12-23-2004 03:10 PM

Contact the local post office, they may have it sitting there. Looks like there was no one home when they tried to deliver it, they actually require someone to sign before they leave the package.

I would have thought they would leave a note in the letter box though...

(V)r>?ä®?@¢uD@,
On the website that you have used to track the shipment, see if there are any contact details for an office in NSW, and give them a call.

(V)r>?ä®?@¢uD@ 12-23-2004 06:23 PM
