Have been reading up on Re-Release of the Tamiya Fox in a number of blogs and threads. Looks like its been assigned a kit number of 58577 and possibly to be named Nova Fox.
People that know me - know I love the Fox. I have 3 and could probably make another 2 with the parts I have - and im sure there are others out there that could do the same.
Speaking with Mikey from Casso about it the other day, and it sounds like many people will be looking to place an order for it. After reading what is "presumed" to be in the kit - it seems not much is going to change. I for one, would like to see stronger front and rear arms, ball diff / bones of sorts and a slight variation in shocks (but keep with the CVA theme) - and maybe change the wheel design slightly. Maybe put the TEU104BK ESC in the kit instead of the old Speed Control as well. If the "T" could do that I think I would buy it. Until I see the upgrades, i dont know if I will.
What does everyone else who is into the Vintage stuff think?

Nova Fox.
There are quite a few of us that are going to buy the new Re re Fox.
I for one have 2 Fox's . One a shelf queen not quite as nice as yours but still very nice. I have a runner that is used at Boondal and enough bits in my graveyard to build 3 more.
Fox Man has nearly 20 Foxes. Mario has 2 Fox's . Capt Splat loves his as others in N.S.W like BMT, Adam & lots more so there will be a lot of Re re heading down under.
From what I can tell the Re re will feature Dog Bone set up. A quick release top deck. A ESC and that's about it. Just like other Re re's but I could be wrong. The question his how many are fox buyers going to buy?? I want 2 kits and a heap of parts once E bay wreckers get their hands on parts or kits to strip. Fox man wants 5. BJR wants 3. One NIB. One NB & one runner. Mario wants one as well as Mr XW i say.
Can't wait but with the dollar going down in value that is just our luck.
