Another good night last night. 21.5 was not as big as last week but still had 3 heat of 21.5. It was good to see new drivers coming up to have a look at the track.

Tyre testing is still going on for the state titles which should a final decision should be made in the next week. Please remember there is a meeting at Andrew Mackies place next Sunday more details to come.

Was another great night of racing, with 3 heats & a final for all classes.

Highlights of the night:

Novice - Well done to our novice drivers, even with a few missed corners & a collision or 2, they still had fun. Special mention for Larry for being a good sport for the final, and showing everyone why it's very important to make sure you have a fully charged battery.

Mini- Jeff T dominated all night, whilst a body change by the "master blaster" resulted in more speed, it still wasn't enough to get him close enough to challenge Jeff.

F1 - It was a night of the "3 R's" in F1, with Ray.W joining in as an honourable "R" in the race proceedings. Hearing Trev announce that "Rob in the lead, with Rob second & Rob 3rd" was very amusing.

21.5 - This was where the most action & close competition was on the night, some very fast lap times were set and you could throw a blanket over the fastest 5 drivers in the field consisting of Jeff.M, Josh, Dean, Bruce & Chris.
These guys have set the bar for all of us to work up to!

Stock - Provided us with some very fast, and very intense competition during the night with Beth, Brad, Chris & John all turning in some fast times.
The final came down to an epic battle between Beth & Brad with everyone there watching the race play out. Beth managed to get out in front soon after the start and place a good buffer between herself & Brad, but Brad was having nothing of that to catch up and put the pressure on Beth in the last few laps of the race, which ended up with both of them coming together on the strait on the last lap.
Regardless of who won, the smiles on their faces, and the reaction from everyone watching is what helps us all enjoy the thing we love doing the most - sportsmanship.

I would like to borrow/buy a 21.5 motor so I can have a drive tomorrow.

Does anyone have something I could collect at Castle Hill tomorrow night?

I have a motor on order but it won't be there for tomorrow. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Thanks guys for a fun night. Never thought I'd be driving a silver can again but it was fun trying to drive cleanly. Impressed by the numbers and nice track layout plus long straight.

Thanks to Rob, Andrew, Linda, TJ for being so friendly and accommodating. Hope to see you guys again in the near future!
