Nitro is run on Sundays, however they are not run every race day – it depends whether there are enough cars to run the class. Bear in mind a lot of the SMA members also run EP. Usually if you keep an eye on the forum you will see when the nitro’s will be running. Someone usually posts that they are keen for a run, so that other nitro drivers can get their cars ready for the next race meet.

Round 4 of the Challenge Cup is being held in the ACT this weekend. Given this, a lot of people are already on the road, so the forum is likely to be a little quieter than usual this weekend.

SMA is hosting The *HUDY* 2010 AARCMCC NSW EP Onroad State Titles from 28 October to 31st October, so you will probably find that there will be a focus on EP cars for the next few race meets.

Regarding your MO5 Pro question – yes this can be run at SMA. I would suggest you visit the link posted by Hugh Jazz a couple of page back. This is a good précis of the rules that most clubs run by. As Mangoman has suggested, most people run the Hobbywing combo for Mini. It is a sensorless brushless combo so just plug and play. I also comes with a programming card to make adjustments at the track easy.

Ben - it's at the EPIC (Exhibition Park in Canberra), building F (Fitzroy Pavilion). Entrance is on Flemington Road, a few hundred metres from the Federal Highway. Try this link.

When you turn in, just keep moving along the entrance road and eventually you'll see the place on the right hand side.

well done on the club challange and if being second two you guys is what well have to be then thats OK
I apreciated the comardre in 540 over the motors at whalan and when jeff had his tuff saturday at canberra those kind words helped.
Sportsmanship doesnt come cheap but when u get it back you get back it gives the the whole sport a lift >

Awesome work team, give yourselves a big pat on the back. We won 3 out of 4 rounds (including the tie in Whalan) so our consistency was what got the job done. Thanks to everyone who competed this year across all classes, especially those that made the trip down to ACT for us - traditionally we've struggled to get people to come to the away rounds, that wasn't the case this year

Hopefully we'll get the team photo up soon and some of the videos from what was a great weekend. Now I'm off to order some cvd pin retainers
