They look like fun. But we have holes in locations to flip your car. They are much better.

Thumbs up

As you can see guys No Rocks: the one true enemy of a smooth, well packed track. You get rid of them and all that matters is the weather. If we can get just enough clay to make it stick but not get like Ryde ('03 Nats) then the rain wont affect us. The one thing about our track i love the most is that it can rain all night but if you own a broom racing is on

In defence of Ryde, the problems experiences at the '03 Nationals were as a result of the clay top layer which was laid down for the 2002 State Titles. Clay requires the right amount of moisture to be good. Not enough and it's slippery, too much and it's unusable. At the start of the year we got a bobcat in to break up the top layer of clay and mix it in with the dirt underneath. We now do not have the problems that we used to when it got wet.

Hey guys... check out the latest 2004 version of the Durango. One funky-ass beast! Can't seem to find any pricing or availability info on their website. Anyone know the deal?

Cheers,
Scotty P.

Apologies for fuzzy pic... go to www.rc10.de for high quality shots.

As peter and I will be at Winter nats next weekend I don't know if there will be a race meeting on. Maybe we can do some track work on Sat and Sunday. I should be back late Saturday night cause Nitro races sat but Pete races Sunday.

I think Brian and Cannon had some good ideas for the track.

What's everyone else up to next weekend. ????

I think that Glen's uncle was going to bobcat but I'm not sure if they have dirt or a day organised. I will give Glen a call later on. And see what he has orgainsed.
