Could someone please give me some setup tips and gear ratios/rollouts for a TC3 running ( the car set up at present is1500 grams, 33000mah batteries, 2degrees to in front 3 degrees rear, 37shore fastline tyres) for northside, lithgow, castle hill and illawarra race way. Thanks.

Definitely for Castle Hill and probably for Northside you will need rubbers. The word around the town is Sorex 28's for Northside and Sorex 28's (24's if its cold) or TakeOff 27's for Castle Hill. Medium B Sorex insert for both I think...

I have seen the layout and surface of castle hill before. Is the northside track similar or is it differnt, if so what are the differences?

Northside is nothing like Castle Hill. I haven't seen their new track layout but last time I went, the track was much bigger, not nearly as tight and generally a higher speed track. The surface is blacktop not concrete so grip is different also. If your planning on running the club challenge I suggest you do a meet there before the club challenge day. I think a few of us are planning to do this as well...

Foams work but rubber is faster at northside. Foams don't work at all at castle hill.
