When cornering your aim is to let off throttle as late as possible and to get back to full throttle as early as possible, if you can keep full on all the way through the turn it's even better as long as you can still following the fastest line through the turn. There are hundreds of factors that contribute to how fast you enter and exit a specific corner so it would be impossible to give you an answer to your question.
