Unhappy Charger Problem

HELLO EVERYONE.
I MISS PLUG THE 12 v SUPPLY TO MY CHARGER,
POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE REVERSED.

NOW, EVERY FUSE GOES IN,WILL BURN INSTANTLY
LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING IS BURNT , AND SMELL ..

WHERE CAN I BRING IT FOR REPAIR?

OR CAN I TRY TO REPAIR MYSELF ?

IS IT THE DIODE DAMAGED? OR SOMETHING ELSE?
