Default Hi

Hi Simon , i recently bought an RDX after seeing your car perform at the Nats(i was the guy pitting behind you with the noisy kids ) first run with the car at Littlehampton dropped 0.7 consistantly but its still a bit tailly wheres a good place to start with spring rates, camberlinks etc im running stock shocks,2holes and 30wt ,14lb rears 17lb front.
Cheers Mark Miller (ps well done)

You can run Corally or even AE springs.

Thats good to see you have got a corally now, your springs at the moment sound a little soft for that big track but it depends on the grip there now. With the camberlinks i run bottom holes front and rear on the shock tower and longest front and rear. Also maybe try going up a little bit in oil weight to around 40 or 50, on almost every track i never change oil weight no matter what grip level is like as the car feels best balanced with that oil. Also my setup is on the corally international website www.corally.com and should be up on www.teamcorally.com.au soon. If there is anything else feel free to ask me.

just got myself a set of tamiya shocks for the phi....(so smooth and easy to build and they dont leak!!!!)

apparently if you replace one of the o-rings in the bottom of the corally shocks with a losi spacer they work abit smoother but they still leak...

and as for springs excel are great.....its all i use... and they work great in dynasty class down at hobby habit indoor in adelaide!!!!

p.s nice wiring layout kid TT-01 i like

and everyone HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR
