What is a third-party authorisation and what can they do with your account(s)?

From what I understand it gives them access to your ebay account where they can do THINGS on your behalf

I think it's primarily selling. ie they can sell something and have the selling fees directed to your account details.

Like my dad said above still a while off before i can drink, but orange softdrink is all good :lol:

all the third party things are auction services if you use or look at a live auction they bid on your behalf my mrs used my acc and thats how i got mine and they are other services thats are on ebay

Ok a little bit of an update, i did a little more reading and for these guys to have acess as third parties they have had access to your acount, it was advised that all ebay used who had someone there change their password.

Mine was infected as well... those BASTARDS :D
