Yeah as soon as someone gives me a cat front one-way shaft assembly so I can figure it out, i'd have to make those alloy plates from scratch though unless old cat ones are still available?
B34 went ok today without any front axle or belt problems. I just need to figure out the gearing it was a bit slow and motor was cold. Goes into corners like a b3 with the one-way, just need to remember i've got 4WD for getting out of corners.. Cut and shut bigshots are great front tyres too!
Murray those dirt hawgs are ok for blue groove, but don't go into the marbles because they only work on blue groove bits. Pretty much useless. They work ok on the front of a 2WD though if you wanna get rid of oversteer

I have just one thing to say. POWER WHEELSTANDS ARE EPIC.
Tom, I now understand why you grin like a crazy bastard when you drive your 10T. Cant WAIT to get this thing on the track. Weeeeee!! Memories!
I took some photos of her this evening... The hydra-drive is leaking, needs a new o-ring. Put the thickest oil I could find in it, 90wt - that sound close to what they woulda had from factory? It spat the first slipper plate, starting to spit the replacement one I put in there.. RPM issue?
The uni joints have a press fit pin, already lost one but luckily found it on the carpet in my room, dab of CA fixed that problem.
Lets hope she can hold together for a 5 minute race. Mod truck here I come!

The plates don't look too hard to make, slotting it is pretty simple. I've got some of that awesome loctite for putting the threaded bit into the original shaft too.
Go the hydradrive! I've been trying to get one.
I thought they ran thicker fluid than that? Like some of the super thick fluids that they use in 1:8 scale diffs?
Yeah the original stealth slipper plates are like that and can spit out the slipper pad, they fixed the problem with the B3 slipper it has a lip around the pad so it can't expand. But I guess you can't use a B3 slipper with a hydradrive anyway?
Those uni's weren't much good, break so easily in the truck. They gave up on them after the T2.
