Default Need some help

hello
i need some help if anybody could give it too me it be a great help.
I trying to make my own battery pack up but:
thay were in stick form but now i'm trying to change them too side by side
but i just cant get battery bars to stick or stay i'm usesing dean solder and dean battery bar .is it me but when i put solder on the battery it just runs off.
Is there somethink i should do first? any comment would be great

Use a dreamel with a sanding drum on the end plates of the battery, the problem is that the plates are dirty u need to clean them. You can use a knife and scratch the surface clean.. Make sure the iron is hot enough, the Deans solder needs a hotter iron than normal solder.
