Cross-entry is no problem Dal. Todd will be happy if you race every class.

Dal, your not being a pain at all. Yes you can run both 12th classes, that would be awsome. And simple fill in the entry form when you bring it up on the screen in front of you. Save it and then email to me, thanks.

Enjoy your racing and see you in about a month.

Cheers

Todd

Hi
Will tables and chairs be available at the track? At this stage I don't know how I am getting there, fly or drive.

Also what tyres work well on the track?

Regards

Gday Dan,

Good to see your interested in making the event this year.

We only have 3 large tables at the club and i'm sure i can borrow some chairs from the hall next door. So i will put you down for a table and chairs at this stage.

As for flying or driving? Quantas fly to Tamworth, but i'm sure it cost a fair bit more than say Sydney to Brisbane on a jet. Good idea to get a quote.

As for tyres,
TC MM Rush 36 are the pick if its hot enough or MM v32's if its cold.
12th scale refer to Daniel, or someone else please chime in, to what worked last year.
And for F1, probably use what you use at your track. No one has run F1 here for many years. The last F1's here were on foams.

The track will be sprayed with Molasses/water and it has better grip than just sugar water. It seems to last longer and by that stage the grip should have come up with all the cars on the track anyway.

Hope this helps.

Todd

Thanks Todd.

Sugar water nice

At this stage I think it will be just 13.5 for me. I will let you know next week if I still need the table and chair.

Looking forward to my first trip to Tamworth.

Great Dan,

I'm sure you will have a great time up here. Bring Vince.D with you for extract entertainment. He is so funny.

And for the table and chair, what ever works for you will be fine. Either way.

Cheers

I just thought I'd remind everyone that every driver who borrows a car to race 12th scale (who doesn't already have a 12th they can race) goes into the draw to win a new Xray 12th at the end of the year. After the first round I think we have one person in this draw, so your odds are pretty good!

If you have a mate with a 12th they aren't using, hit them up, let me know, and you might win a kit! It's that simple.

Everyone else who enters gets a ticket for other prizes like batteries and bodies, also drawn at the last round (I will post prizes if you can't make it).
