The Tamworth Radio Control Car Club invites you to the 2014 Tamworth Cup incorporating the 10th Annual NSW-QLD Interstate Challenge, to be held over the Easter Longweekend. 18th-20th April.

TRCCC is Thrilled to also be incorporating "Round 2 of the 2014 Xray 12th Scale Tour of NSW and the ACT", and the "Unofficial Round 4 of the SEQ 12th Scale Tour". 12th Scale racing is really going ahead and made this an Abosolute Fantastic Event last year.

The race classes for 2014 so far , are as follows.

Modified TC
Stock TC 13.5 (Blinky)
Sportsman TC 21.5 (Blinky)
12th Scale Modified
12th Scale Eurostock 10.5 (Blinky)
F1 21.5 (Blinky)
WGT 10.5 (Boosted) ???

Rules for this event are as per AARCMCC rules for 12th Scale and Touring Cars.
F1 is to follow the 2014 www.rcformula1.com.au Rule Set.

This Event is growing every year, and is a whole lot of good fun and great racing. So come join us and enjoy your racing.

Please Note: If you are thinking of coming , it would be a good idea to book your accomodation early as Tamworth is a very sporty town and usually has numerous things happening, on longweekends.

Good to see your thinking of coming down for the Challenge. As for classes, pick a couple out of a hat. A lot of entrants run 2 classes.

Not yet, still working on it and finalizing what classes.

However, practice all day Friday. Saturday 5 Qualifiers. Sunday 1 Qualifier and 3 Finals.

Cool, that answers the main question I had about the format. I can now work out what 2 classes i will run, 2 x 12th scale or 12th and TC such a quandary I face.

We look at what classes every one enters and try our best to not have entrants be in the following race. After each round we have a bit of a break so everyone can catch up.
