Default RX Crystal virbrates loose

Hi

I have just purchased a Hitec Lynx 3D with a DCX receiver. I am very pleased with it apart from one thing: The receiver crystal vibrates loose after about 5-10mins driving. Can anyone thing of a way to hold it in tightly?

Cheers
Russell

How do you have the Rx mounted?(position)

Does the x'tal fit loose in the DCX?

Hi

It is mounted on it's edge connectors facing inward, crystal facing the back (in a Serpent Impulse radio tray). The Crystal feels a little bit loose

Cheers

I haven't seen one do that.....
Maybe try a rubber band wrapped around the x'tal or the Rx to cover the x'tal hole??
