Default Damaged Amplifier

I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR HITEC SERVOS #HS-625MG AND HS-5925MG. WE HAVE HAD THREE SERVOS GO OUT ON TWO DIFFERENT CARS USING A FATUBA AND A HITEC RECIEVER#HIS-03MK. WE RETURNED THEM AND ALL THREE HAD DAMAGED AMPLIFIERS. WHAT CAN CAUSE THIS PROBLEM. WE HAVE CHANGED BATTERY PACKS, RECIEVERS AND DO NOT WANT TO INSTALL THE NEW SERVOS IF YOU THINK WE MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING THAT IS KNOCKING THEM OUT. I WANT TO COMPLEMENT YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE EXCELLENT. ANY HELP YPU MIGHT GIVE WILL BE APPRECIATED. THANKS.

Stalling the servo would cause the amplifier to burn out. This could be caused by improper end points set up in your transmitter or forgetting to turn off the receiver in your car which would allow the receiver to pick up any stray signal and possibly drive the servo to its extreme throws- stalling the servo and damaging the amplifier.
