Hello,

In summer of '02 I bought a Hitec 625MG servo. It was used as a steering servo in a touring car, and it died last summer. I brought it back to the store I bought it from and they sent it back to Hitec, and this was in December '03. I finally got word back today, 6 months later, that it will not be warrantied nor will Hitec even send me the servo back. When the servo was sent back it was only 1 and a half years old.

What's the deal, why won't my servo be covered under warranty?

Did the store show you anything from Hitec, or just tell you this?

The store just told me this over the phone....you probably know them Gary, Hobby Wholesale in Edmonton.
