Default Lynx 3D Module Heating problem

I just bought a lynx 3d radio and the module specifies using the ch.76 tx crystal, but I checked out hitecrcd.com and it says I can use any hitec 75mhz crystal, but for best performance, use what the module has listed. well im running ch.68 right now in it and I notice after about 5 minutes the module starts heating up and gets a little warmer than warm, but it doesnt get hot. I dont know what to do, should I just buy the matching tx crystal for the module. I tried cleaning the contacts from the radio that go into the module and it's still having the same problem. What should I do?

The heat is normal. Mine does the same thing. And you don't have to worry about the channel, you'll be fine.

One thing to remember, ALWAYS have you ant. out when the radio is on.
