I own several Multiplex Profi pistol grip transmitters and would like to know if your HFS-03MM FM receiver will work with my transmitter. It it is compatible, can I use the Airtronics single conversion FM receiver crystals I already own or do I need to use only Hitec crystals?

I have been using either a Novak Xxtra or a Novak Mercury receiver with Airtronics SC receiver crystals to date.

I haven't tested it but if the other receivers you mentioned worked the 03MM should work too.

Thanks Mike. I have one on order now and I hope it works for me.

I know that with FM radios, Hitec and Futaba are compatible (negative shift) and Airtronics, JR and KO are also compatible (positive shift).

I am worried that my Multiplex Tx might not be compatible with the Hitec Rx due to a difference in the FM shift modes. If this new receiver is universal (like my Novak Mercury is) then I should be OK. I'll have to test things out when my new receiver arrives. I am surprised that this hasn't been tested at the factory.
