Default Lynx 3D radio or receiver problem

I was racing with my Lynx 3D radio and suddenly it just went nuts. I tried it again and it had steering but no throttle. So I tried a two different speed contols and the same thing. Then I tried a different radio with the same two speed controls and they both worked fine. I was just wondering if I could get the mailing address to the service department or somewheres to get it fixed.
Thank You

Did you change crystalls or are you using the spectra?

Try a different channel or module see if that helps.

Also check your motor...

A motor can cause the same issues as you describe....

If not:

goto:

www.hitecrcd.com for warranty info

Hope this helps....

swap your plugs around on the RX from 1 to 2 & 2 to 1......

the problem should reverse and you have motor but no servo...

To me it sounds like a Rx problem. Try what Tres has suggested to eliminate the Rx from the equation. If you find that the Rx is gone send it in and we'll get it fixed up for you. TTYL.

There was other problem that I had with it. I put the radio in my 1/8 scale gas buggy and everything worked fine except when I started the engine. I would go wide-open and turn all the way left. Then when we turned off the engine it would be fine. So I don't know what was with that. But I will send it in. Thanks again.

sounds like a loose connection in the Rx......

if anything is loose on a gas car where metal it touching metal, it will cause RF noise and that will be picked up by the Rx....

slightly wiggle the plugs with the motor off and see if it still has issues....

to be safe, I would send it in....

hope this helps......
