Default HS 5955 TG

Just instsalled 6 brand new HS 5955 TG servos in my new QQ Pitts Python....I'm noticing a slight amount of flutter at neutral and there a little movement up and down on the control surface (1/8") ..It's not in the linkage..the servo arm actually moves..Is this in the metal gear mesh or something else?? Any ideas?

Metal gears do have a slight bit of "play" in them for tolerance but that should be very minimal on a titanium gear train. The mesh between the horn and the output spline can also create a little "play". Are you using the horns that came with the servo or a aftermarket horn? How long of a horn are you using?
