So it looks like the new track is just a bit smaller than SDRC back home in San Diego is. We actively ran 1/8th e-buggy there. Any plans to allow it here? I would love to build up my EB48 and get it on the track again. I miss E-buggy a lot.
Also Pro 4 shortcourse is all but dead but I know a lot of you have have them. I run a Tekno SCT410 and would make the drive nearly every week if you all show up! How many of you are interested in 4x4? Its a fantastic class if you separate the drivers into pro 4 and sportsmen classes.

I am looking forward to it. It looks almost as big as SRS (anyone know the dimensions) but w/o the rain, heat, and snow
I would be up for e-1/8 and 4wd SC.

The track should have ended up somewhere around 65' x 120'. That is not official but it should be pretty close.
The initial layout is pretty cool, It is nothing to extreme but does flow very nicely. One of the best track designers and builders in the area were responsible for this first layout and did a fantastic job.
Jim does plan on re-doing the track every few months so we will always have something new to look forward to.
It sucks I will be out of town next week and will miss "opening weekend" but oh well, I will have plenty more time to spend at the track. I think by then I will probably need a break from there anyhow
